As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in facilities management to join our dynamic team.
The Role:
We're seeking a proactive and organized Contract Administrator to prepare, interpret, maintain, review and negotiate variations to contracts on behalf of our company
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify margin and revenue optimisation opportunities across current and future agreements
- Advise on commercial agreements and ensure obligations are monitored and met
- Track and report on the performance of key contracts and business arrangements
- Support compliance with insurance, regulatory, and legal obligations
- Assist in negotiating contract terms with high value clients and partners
- Conduct commercial analysis and deliver insights to senior decision-makers
- Partner with Operations to ensure alignment between contracts and service delivery
- Contribute to commercial strategies that drive business transformation and innovation
- Support group initiatives involving risk mitigation, compliance, and strategic alignment
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Law or a related discipline
- Proven experience managing or advising on high value contracts and agreements
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex scenarios
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- Detail oriented with a sound understanding of regulatory and contractual frameworks
- Collaborative, with the ability to influence decision-making and support business priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
