The Digital & E-commerce Specialist is responsible for the digital strategy execution for the skincare divisions brand; Skinstitut.

The role is pivotal in supporting the growth for Skincare globally via Owned e-commerce and top tier 3rd Party Beauty E-tailers. Capitalising on the baseline of owned e-commerce sites created within AU, UK & Canada to reinforce brand USPs, drive revenue and loyalty while capturing customer data.

We have operations within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada and the United Kingdom, with ambitious plans for international expansion. **As the Digital & E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for**:

- Owning the implementation and ongoing management of SEO performance including optimisation and analysis across Australian & United Kingdom markets
- Supports creation, briefing and review process across paid social media, Search, display ad and affiliate campaigns
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital campaigns across owned sites; measuring digital KPIs, and ROI.
- Collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders to execute digital transformation and global e-commerce roll outs
- Facilitating inputs, testing, and functional outputs throughout the roll-out of the digital transformation across various platforms, eg. Optimity, Shopify or similar.
- Reviews 3rd Party Online performance relative to strategy and reports ROI
- Identifies digital trends and insights across e-comm in relevant markets
- Relationship Management of 3rd party affiliates including promotional calendar execution

**About you**
- Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing or related discipline (Highly Desirable)
- Related certified training of specific platforms desirable
- Demonstrated success in digital campaign management
- Experience in e-Comm platforms (Shopify preferred), SEO/SEM, Google ads and web analytics
- Experience in optimizing user experience with knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript desirable
- Some experience in design/creative (eg. Adobe; InDesign/photoshop) desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- The ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms and MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
