We are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Multichannel Fulfilment Partner Department in our North Sydney office.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging our innovative solutions. These solutions encompass multichannel promotional communications targeted towards healthcare professionals and organizations, risk minimization communications, patient support programs, and sample management programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gain a deep understanding of client priorities in digital and multichannel HCP engagement to achieve or exceed target revenue and growth goals.
- Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and work with department colleagues to ensure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compile and translate business requirements into technical documentation and execute multichannel campaigns accordingly.
- Execute multichannel campaigns, including data set up, microsite development, QR code implementation, client mailers, faxes, and vendor coordination as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant digital marketing experience (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle data accurately and follow process-driven approaches.
- Effective multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
