We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Digital Marketing Specialist-Lead Generation**to drive our digital acquisition campaigns for Talent Recruitment and Sales Lead Generation. This hands-on role will focus on enhancing our workforce through targeted recruitment efforts and driving sales leads for our various operational units, including Residential Care, Retirement Living, Home Care, and Veteran Services.

**Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract (6 months)**

**To be successful in this role, we'd expect you to**:

- Implement comprehensive digital acquisition activity across multiple channels
- Plan, execute, and manage paid digital media campaigns to drive recruitment and sales outcomes
- Distil campaign planning into channel and creative tactics that drive targeted outcomes and align with our Values and Brand Guidelines
- Utilise data-driven insights to test and optimise creative executions for maximum ROI
- Help qualify and monitor campaign leads to support our recruitment and sales goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement engaging and responsive digital lead-generation campaigns

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience in digital acquisition marketing and paid media, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution, ideally with lead generation and/or acquisition experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, testing and tools
- Proficiency in analytics and conversion tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Creative problem solver with a proactive approach and a passion for digital marketing
- Experienced in managing digital marketing campaign budgets and monitoring and optimising paid media campaigns for ROI
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities
- Results-driven and proactive with a ‘curious' mindset and a commitment to continual improvement to achieve business goals
