We are seeking an experienced, results driven **Marketing Manager** to join our team. Bring your fresh perspective and ingenuity to drive the marketing strategy for each of the brands in our large Australian portfolio. You will actively engage with all stakeholders including our landlords and suppliers to drive new concepts and utilise all assets and promotional funds available to improve store penetration and produce clear brand differentiation. You will take ownership of the communications strategy for all stores across our Travel Essentials business and ensure alignment with the business objectives, strategies and standards. In this role you will:

- Participate in negotiating NRI with suppliers
- Manage the Australian promotional calendars
- Manage the marketing team on campaigns, promotions & compliance
- Monitor customer research, market conditions & competitor data
- Own all instore visual merchandising standards
- Direct the production & distribution of all visual merchandising support materials
- Track promotional performance

In order to be successful in this role you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities evolve quickly. You will enjoy juggling competing priorities, demonstrate a high level of initiative, have excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with a varied audience. We are looking for someone detail oriented and analytical with a gift for engaging people along a journey with genuine leadership qualities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in a retail environment
