
Marketing Manager

Build and maintain corporate marketing assets and collateral such as case studies, pitch decks, banners and
posters, corporate website, etc.
- Support Business Development activities and programmes through client and prospect research, pitch
preparation, sponsorship support, DM campaigns, event coordination, etc.
- Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimise campaigns and report results and insights and findings
to executive team
- Manage and develop corporate marketing plan and budget
- Inform and execute content strategy for both CAP-e and clients where required
- Responsible for creating highly engaging and creative content or content marketing efforts across multiple
channels.
- Meet with internal staff and clients to gather information necessary to develop and deliver content that moves
the needle for those accounts
- Master the art of content production and marketing and use your knowledge to best serve our clients.
- Monitor what works or doesn’t work. Learn from it.
- Look for opportunities to improve internal processes, present solutions/ideas to team members, and develop
implementation plans.
- Stay on top of emerging trends in Content Planning (tools, processes) and Content Development (workflows,
content dissemination strategies, account management)
- Be an advocate and strong representative for the company on and off site, during and after business hours.
- Communicate with clients proactively and work with any team members to manage client expectations.
- Anticipate problems. Solve them with creative solutions by taking swift action.
- Develop briefs and manage projects with third party suppliers and internal resources; copywriters and graphic
designers
- Post-project debrief and analysis with the client and all stakeholders
- With your expertise assist the team with processes and requirements
- Lead the team so all projects are organised and delivered to an exceptional standard
- Build relationships with suppliers to ensure we get the best solution, results and best pricing
- Look for opportunities to upsell other CAPITAL-e products and services
- Manage budgets and expenditure with teams and clients
- Set up regular one to one meetings with your reports when required
- Some international and national travel required on occasion
**Salary**: $85,000.00 per year
