Join our HR team within Group Functions division in Australia as Human Resources Business Partner to help us take Sulzer to the next level.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- To understand the nature of the operations of the business and generally of the hazards and risks associated with such operations
- Actively promote an organizational culture consistent with the company’s strategic intent, integrity, vision, mission, core values, safety, policy and procedure
- Implement/maintain human resource policies, procedure & practice
- Create/maintain employee records & HRIS system
- Maintain performance management systems (probation/annual)
- Business partnering and support to all business facilities
- Periodic reporting on relevant HR metrics (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual, or as directed)
- Actively participate in HR projects from time to time as directed
- Participate in internal/external training and/or seminars as required
- End to end recruitment with both white and blue collar roles

**What you bring to Sulzer**:

- Bachelor’s degree or significant qualification in Human Resources or related experience.
- Strong end to end recruitment experience
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Knowledge and experience in principals of HR in Australia.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level skills in time management.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and work with others.
- Ability to travel ~ 10% of time.
