Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, and solution-orientated HR Manager to join the team at our head office located in Brendale, QLD. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the overall growth and success of our organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years experience in a HR Leadership role within the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements specific to the Building & Construction sector
- Excellent communication and adept interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Strategic and solution-orientated, with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives
- Demonstrated organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and plans aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the daily operations of the office and manage a team of office staff to ensure efficient and effective administrative support
- Creating and maintaining occupational health and safety programs and ensuring adherence to laws and legislation across all states in Australia
- Providing guidance to managers on effective recruitment practices, and implementing onboarding, training, and development initiatives
- Designing and implementing performance management systems to enhance individual and team performance
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
