_**Main Duties and responsibilities**_
- To provide general administrative support & assist in reception duties.
- Printing and collating of work and repair order documents.
- Quoting, Invoicing and support Accounts payable
- Data entry and record management
- To ensure position-specific standards are continually met.
- To process warranty claims in coordination with our workshop technicians for the administration of ABTCs truck and bus warranty processing requirements in a timely efficient manner.

- Administration or automotive Warranty experience (desired)
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- A motivated, positive, and professional work behaviour.
- Intermediate to Advanced level of Excel, Word and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
