**A day in the life?**
- Provide leadership and training to a skilled team of mechanics and apprentices
- Communicate effectively with your team, customers, and our support staff
- Oversee general repairs and servicing of a wide range of trucks and trailers
- Complete daily job sheets and time sheets accurately
- Deliver exceptional service to our customers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Support your team with solutions and new ideas
- Inspire and motivate your team, embodying Truck Tech’s values, vision, and journey

**What we’re looking for?**
- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (essential)
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role
- Experience maintaining/repairing heavy vehicles
- Strong communication skills to engage with both the team and customers
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and productive working environment
- Full Australian work rights

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
