As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sales growth of industrial and technical gases by developing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver our range of products and maximise the impact to the efficiency and effectivity of the customers processes. The role will be focusing on account management - ensuring strong partnerships with our existing customers.
We are in search of a Sales Representative to support our expanding business in Automation & Fabrication Gasses in the South of River, Perth.
**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
- Develop relationships with prospects and customers to grow
- Coordinate customer training when necessary
- Probe and resolve customer issues on all levels, provide technical and practical assistance where necessary
- Maintain customer portfolios
- Develop relationships at both a business and a technical level within customer and industry organisation
- Ensure all customers have a current standard contract
- Travel in the assigned territory, visiting prospective and existing customers
- Manage contract compliance
- Participate in other work and projects as required from time to time
- Gather market information to support in decision making
- Comply to the health and safety regulations and initiatives
**Are you a MATCH?**:
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualification (business or related discipline) is preferred
- Proven ability to close sales and effective negotiation skills
- Collaborative and able to operate within a multi-line reporting framework
- High-level interpersonal and influencing skills
- Up to 3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Computer literacy and ability to proficiently use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Experience in Google Suites (Advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and communicate effectively
- Has innovative thinking and able to influence leadership
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
- Can do attitude with initiative to drive change and take ownership of change
