
Internal Sales Representative

Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their company to generate sales for fluid transfer products and services. Our client specialises in ultra high pressure and large bore hoses plus additional support product like adaptors, valves and pumps. They are also NATA accredited.
**OVERALL PURPOSE**
To assist with developing strategies and attracting new clients. This role is required to generate revenue by monitoring and negotiating with clients, qualify prospects and leads and research the sales competition.
**GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS**
- To evaluate customer requirements and build long lasting relationships.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying key players.
- Forecast sales, develop models and evaluate their effectiveness.
- To liaise with the Inside Technical Sales team, research prospects and follow through sales leads ensuring all sales opportunities are utilised.
- Maintain and improve quality results by following procedures and work instructions, using gap analysis and LEAN methods.
- Maintain CRM program, meet KPI's & reporting to management.
- Monitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, services and delivery.
**NECESSARY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Working knowledge ISO 9001
- Ability to commutate written and verbal with staff, customers and couriers
**DESIRABLES**
- Forklift Licence.
- Working knowledge of NATA standards
- Syteline experience
- Hose assembly industry experience
