Retail X is the strategic partnership with Octopus Energy that we announced in May 2020 Partnership-with-Octopus. Through this partnership, we will empower our people to deliver outstanding customer service and propositions that embrace a smarter, cleaner energy future.

**What you'll do...**

You’ll be part of our Energy Credit Specialist team, where you’ll will be at the heart of everything we do - working with customers. Bring a positive and continuous learning mindset and see everything as a learning opportunity

As an Energy Credit Specialist, you’ll conduct respectful, efficient, and effective debt minimisation activities. Taking full responsibility for all issues that you come across (end-to-end) and ensuring that you achieve the best outcome for the customer and our business. You’ll also be the first line of defence in ensuring that our business meets its compliance and regulatory obligations under relevant bodies.

Every day, this role will come across problems not seen before, as a member of the team you’ll be tasked with bringing about awesome and ethical collections solutions while keeping up with rapid fire change as we grow. Expect the unexpected.
