Join us as a Customer Relationship Executive (Credit) and be a crucial part of our dynamic team Reporting to the National Manager, you'll lead credit activities for Origin LPG customers. Your role involves precise credit management through telephony, case handling, and account reconciliations to ensure top-notch service and optimize cash collection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer inquiries with precision and compliance
- Exceed cash collection targets through effective case management
- Conduct inbound/outbound credit calls for delinquent accounts
- Exercise judgment for fair decisions, balancing customer outcomes and business risks
- Engage with internal/external stakeholders for prompt issue resolution
- Embrace a 'customer always' approach in every interaction

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills and rapport-building ability
- Experience in customer facing credit & collections role
- Proficiency in computer, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Quick grasp of new information and problem-solving
- Adherence to policies, legislations, and processes
- Proven reasoning, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
- Drive for results and exceeding customer expectations
- Identify and act on opportunities for business improvement
