Big challenges require big solutions. And the transition to a net-zero world is about as big as it gets. Working at Shell Energy - one of Australia's leading energy retailers - puts you at the heart of that endeavour.
Lead the change, from the frontline
At Shell Energy, we're looking for a results-driven Credit Manager to lead our B2C Credit team, driving performance, process improvements, and customer outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a key role in ensuring the financial health of our retail business while building strong stakeholder relationships and embedding operational excellence.
With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:

Deliver accurate reporting and insights on credit exposure, risk trends and performance.
Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:
Proven experience leading credit functions (credit risk, collections, vulnerable customer management).
Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and reports.
Experience managing vendors/third parties and driving credit transformation activities.
