**Sales and Marketing Associate -** **Real Estate**

**Location**: Melbourne CBD
**Employment Type**: Casual (with potential to become permanent)

Join a leading **premium real estate brand** specialising in Melbourne’s most desirable lifestyle properties -from elegant studios to luxurious penthouses. We are seeking a **confident, well-presented, and motivated Marketing Associate** to help deliver exceptional results and client experiences.

In this role, you’ll assist in **generating qualified leads** through our marketing campaigns, **conduct property inspections**, and **support the sales process through to closing the deal**. You’ll also coordinate property marketing, manage social media content, and ensure every property we represent is showcased with excellence.

You’ll be a **clear communicator** with a **positive, proactive attitude**, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for real estate.

Experience in **sales, marketing, or customer service** will be highly regarded, though not essential. A strong **social media presence or content creation skills** will be a distinct advantage.

Pay: $24.95 - $100.00 per hour
