**Marketing Associate - Contractor, Localization/Diaspora Marketing**

**Overview**:
We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Marketing Associate. We are looking for a talented individual with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience who is eager to join our team. This is a **6-month fixed contract** with **part-time hours** (20-30 hours per week, depending on your availability), an onsite role.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Associate with experience in content marketing, including content creation, ad copywriting, and a focus on UGC campaigns. Experience in content localization and diaspora marketing to support our marketing team would be a plus. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in executing marketing content that effectively engages multicultural audiences in Australia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives tailored to specific cultural segments as well as the general Australian market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing databases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a marketing role. Experience in a marketing field in a similar industry is a plus (IT, tech, finance, app-focused business).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Being bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
