As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be a valued member of the Demant Finance Shared Services Team providing exceptional service to staff within the multiple AU & NZ entities

**Responsibilities**:

- Process high volume Invoices including Purchase Order Invoices
- ANZ Visa and AMEX corporate credit cards entries and reconciliation for AU & NZ entities.
- Filing paperwork
- Creating New Vendors
- Processing Payments
- Ad Hoc as per AP Manager

**Authorities**:

- Minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable role incorporating experience in using accounting software
- Experience within a large Retail & Wholesale company with 100+ sites
- Experience in a company undergoing change and transformation.
- Experience in a large multinational with a European Head Office.
- Previous experience in BASWARE/Read Soft invoice software system - Desired
