We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer, to ensure Subcontractor suppliers are paid accurately on a timely basis, whilst working in collaboration with the finance team. This role is a fast-paced role and will suit someone with energy, personal drive and flexibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing of Accounts Payable Tax Invoices and uploading into 'Technology One' primarily for Subcontractor and External car carrying companies and support within the general Accounts Payable team;
- Ensuring the accounts payable system is updated accurately and timely for Subcontractor/supplier change of details;
- Ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of accounts payable supplier invoices and payments;
- Vendor set up, maintenance and assistance in the completion of Credit Application forms;
- Reconciliations of Key accounts statements;
- Dealing with Subcontractor and external car carrying company queries;
- Assistance with opening and distribution of Company mail;
- Fuel Levy data entry upload and support;
- Online banking process for creditors;
- Distribution of daily bank statements on Adhoc basis;
- Reception point of contact (shared role);
- Assisting Prixcar team members and other duties as required by Management.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable;
- Need to have a keen eye for detail and accuracy of processes in relation to the input and payment of Subcontractor and Supplier invoices;
- Experience using Technology One will be highly regarded but not required;
- High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Effective time management skills;
- Ability to follow due process and procedures;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
- Team player.
