We are working with a high growth organization based in North Sydney, who are seeking an experienced, hands-on Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent full time basis. As the business has gone through significant growth, this is a newly created position within the Finance team.

**The Role**

***

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Overseeing petty cash accounts and recording all outgoings
- Paying invoices and recording all payments
- Reviewing all payments and expenses, including purchase orders and invoices
- Reconciling monthly payable reports
- Preparing monthly expense statements and financial reports
- Responding to queries from suppliers, customers and staff
- Payment runs
- Process improvements

**Your Profile**
- End to End Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with XERO or MYOB is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong excel skills
