The primary responsibility of this role is to provide financial and administrative support to the team and to maintain strong internal controls around key payables across their business entities.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Validation of invoices and directing invoices to the relevant centre for approval
- Manually process staff reimbursement claims as required
- Management of Accounts Payable enquiries inbox
- Payment run processing twice a week
- Manual processing of journals for clearing suspense account
- Support month end process
- Internal stakeholder management
- Ad-hoc tasks as required

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be a successful applicant, you will have:

- 3-4 year's work experience in a similar role
- Experience with an Accounts Payable automation tool
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve, prioritise and multitask
- High level of attention to detail
