Conflicts Client Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a Conflicts Client Engagement Coordinator to join Hogan Lovells' conflicts team.
Hogan Lovells is a leading global law firm with a distinctive market position founded on the exceptional breadth of our practice, our deep industry knowledge, and on our 'one team' global approach. Our New Business Conflicts and Compliance department operates out of multiple countries and services the firm globally with over 40 offices in Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States. This position will be based in Sydney, Australia.
Work alongside the Engagement/Contract Review team with coordinating and assigning review of outside counsel guidelines, engagement letters, billing agreements and other forms of clients arrangements.
You will assist the team to identify, assign out work and facilitate review of client engagement terms and client questionnaires, as necessitated by the firm’s global strategy and objectives.
1. A legal qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification if preferred. You must be able to work to deadlines.
2. Commercial Awareness will be required in this role.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills is required to be successful in this role.
4. Ability to anticipate and solve procedural challenges.
