Our firm is seeking a Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our New Business and Enterprise Risk Department, you will play a pivotal role in managing conflicts of interest and information barriers globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on the resolution of complex legal and commercial conflicts problems, ensuring compliance with global sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering obligations, reviewing, drafting, and advising on conflict provisions in engagement letters and client agreements.

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Australia or another jurisdiction where we operate;
  • 3+ years' post-admission experience with excellent research, technical, and analytical skills;
  • a proactive approach with the ability to adapt to competing demands in a fast-paced environment;
  • a desire to work outside of traditional private practice in an alternative legal career;
  • excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team.
