Our client, one of Australia's largest superannuation funds, is looking for an ITSM Analyst for an initial 6-month initial contract with good chance of extensions.

The role of the ITSM Analyst is to ensure internal staff across the organization and in different geographic locations are provided with the right workplace tools and operational support to enable staff to perform in their jobs. Expected outputs of this role are to support, investigate, analyse, develop, configure, test, document, and provide recommendations for improving Service Now system functionality and operations, to create better user experiences and viable outcomes.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience with **Service Now** enhancements.
- Experience with **level 2 or 3 support.**:

- ** Financial services background/ superannuation** would be ideal
