Title: Service Delivery Analyst, Permanent - Full-time Role

Salary Range: $101,751.32 to $118,251.57 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

About the Role

The key focus areas of this role include:

  • Support the Service Desk and Delivery Team and all of IDT with technical escalation and help them to deliver according to SLA, KPI requirements.
  • Adhere to and expand ITIL best practices and processes per the Council's ITSM requirements
  • Technical project involvement with internal staff training / engagement
  • Provide an excellent customer experience in delivering all IT Services to internal and external customers
