About this opportunity
As the IT Service Desk Analyst, your main responsibility is to ensure all Aware Super employees are provided with the right workplace tools and operational support to enable them to perform in their jobs.
- Please note, this opportunity is initially being offered as a 6 months contract*
How do you exceed our expectations?
You are a Service Desk Analyst with experience providing technical assistance to multiple users across an organisation. You are solutions focussed and skilled at assisting non-technical users with their technical queries.
Additionally, you will have;
Experience administering user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365;
Experience with Apple Products such as iPhones and iPads;
Good understanding of TCP/IP, VOIP, Video Conferencing and basic networking principles;
Ability to ensure all workstation PCs are managed to increase reliability, availability, performance, security and compliance; and
Experience using ITSM tools
