Buckland is a quality provider of Aged Care services situated in Springwood in the Lower Blue Mountains NSW. We are a well-established non-for-profit organisation and are well respected in our community. At Buckland, it is our mission to provide respectful and dignified care and services that acknowledge the value of all our residents.

Currently we are seeking a highly motivated **General Service Support Officer **to join our team in a part-time capacity.

**Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to**:

- Receiving and unpacking a variety of delivery’s (heavy lifting involved)
- Deliver, rotate & unpack clean linen
- Empty, clean and sanitise kitchen bins
- Moving the Burlodge trolleys (meal trolley) throughout the facility from the kitchen to specified areas within the facility
- Distributing stock and equipment throughout the facility

**We are looking for someone**:

- With excellent time management and organisational skills
- With a high-level attention to detail
- With a proactive self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude
- Flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to build meaningful relationships with the team and residents
- Understands the need for privacy & confidentiality
- Willing to be a team player and assist co-workers where needed
- Has the ability to work alone and unsupervised
- Has the ability to work safely and promote safety in the workplace
- Australian Working rights

**Please note**: You will need to be physically fit as you will be on your feet for long periods of time and must be comfortable lifting moderate-heavy goods and performing manual tasks.
