We take a holistic approach to treat both the body and the mind, supported by our comprehensive knowledge of compensable injury, to deliver optimal outcomes for everyone involved.**The role**:We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Officer with the right attitude and keen willingness to learn.

**The role of Accounts officer encompasses daily Accounting, Finance, Operations and Administrative duties including, but not limited to the following**:

- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivables
- Payroll & Payroll Tax Computation Bank
- Reconciliation Managing accounts inbox, inbound and outbound calls
- End of Month Doctors’ Pay Reconciliation
- General Ledger Management & Coding
- Assist in end of month reporting Assist in BAS & IAS reporting
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required

**Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Accounting & Finance role
- Experience in Payroll (Desired)
- Good computer literacy across MS Office Suite and accounting system
- Friendly, professional with an excellent telephone manner, proven active listening skills and communicator who can rapidly build trust with people in their environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills with excellent oral, written and communication skills
- Ability to follow direction and manage self within workload, schedules, and deadlines independently
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills with clients, businesses, and stakeholders alike
- Team player who can share experiences as well and learn from others
