**About the organisation**
This Australian owned wholesale business is a leading distributor of licensed products in Australia and New Zealand. With household name products and world leading brands, this well-established successful business has experienced recent significant with an exciting growth trajectory.

**About the role**
Reporting to and working closely with the CEO, the Head of Sales will guide and mentor an existing high performing national sales team. This role will be responsible for establishing best practice sales structure, process and sales leadership to drive the business into the next phase of growth. Key to success will be evolving a progressive sales function and leading trend-based forecasting, including measurable KPIs, activities, governance and reporting, and ensuring an effective sales and team operating rhythm.

**About you**
You are a proven B2B sales leader with a track record of achieving profitable sales with experience ideally from toys, wholesale or FMCG sectors with a distribution model. You are known for your ability to inspire and develop sales teams in a complex B2B business environment selling consumer products. Your strong commercial acumen and deep capability in developing successful sales strategies that achieve business goals, are underpinned by your exceptional influencing, communication and presentation skills across diverse stakeholders and functions.
