Are you a visionary sales leader with a passion for digital transformation? We are looking for a Head of Sales (Transformation & Growth) to join our client to drive the next wave of growth.

About the role:

As the Head of Sales, reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the transformation and growth for our client, a brilliant consulting firm of 90+ consultants. Specialising in Atlassian, Salesforce, and custom software development and integration, the firm has experienced remarkable growth and is now ready to expand its leadership team. You will drive strategic sales initiatives that unlock new market opportunities and help drive the company's position as leader in their field.

250k – 300k OTE

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a strategic and senior sales leader to guide our client to the next phase of their expansion journey, the role will be central to the executive leadership team, shaping long-term growth strategies, driving enterprise transformation opportunities and ensuring the client becomes a market leader for Salesforce, Atlassian and bespoke technology solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and execute long term sales and growth vision and strategy.
  • Act as key member for the leadership team, contributing to company-wide transformation initiatives and decision-making.
  • Build and nurture strategic alliances and ecosystem partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Build, mentor and scale a high-performance sales organisation.
  • Implement scalable sales processes, governance frameworks and performance metrics
  • Provide executive-level coaching to the sales team and ensure alignment with delivery and client success functions.
  • Engage at C-suite level with clients, positioning our client as a strategic partner for digital transformation.

Skills and Experience

  • 12-15+ years of B2B sales experience in technology consulting, software services or SaaS.
  • 7+ years in senior sales leadership roles with demonstrated success in transformation and scaling.
  • Strong track record of driving enterprise transformation deals.
  • Experience leading regional or national sales strategies in consulting or professional services.

You must have full working rights in Australia for this role; no sponsorship will be provided.
