**About the role**

The primary responsibility of the HR Co-ordinator is to provide administrative support to employees, assist the HR Manager with recruiting process and provide assistance with all areas of the HR department.

The responsibilities of this role include.
- Assists department in carrying out a variety of human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Arranging travel and hotel reservations, processing passports and visas, and preparing **vouchers** upon completion of travel.
- Performs routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance.
- Assists the HR Recruiter with recruiting and the onboarding process.
- Assists the HR Recruiter prepare and conducts new employee orientations.
- Maintains Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) records, ensuring data accuracy through self-audits and reports.
- Coordinates meetings, events, and activities with the HR Department.
- Provide timely, efficient executive support to the HR Manager.
- Provides backup to HR team in their absence.
- Processing of Apprenticeship claims through ADMS portal
- Monitoring of Apprenticeship clock over dates

**Experience required**:

- Minimum 2 years in similar role.
- Knowledge of current HR and IR practices and requirements.
- Able to work collaboratively and build productive relationships across levels and functions.
- Experience with HRIS database desirable.
