**About the role**:
Reporting to the National HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for HR enquires across the business. This role will have a main focus on assisting recruitment needs across the business, inducting new employees, and supporting the wider HR team.
This opportunity can be fantastic for a switched-on administrator or graduate who wants to break into the HR space. Due to the expansion of the business, this role can develop to assist with project work and other more senior responsibilities also.

**Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for HR enquires across the business
- Supporting the team with recruitment processes, with opportunity to become a lead on future processes
- Preparing and maintaining induction and onboarding processes
- Supporting project improvements
- Preparing and amending HR documentation such as employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Supporting the review of company policies and legislative compliance
- Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting various arrangements internally, such as travel or processing expenses, as well as adhoc project initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Previous experience within a human resources or related environment
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and support the team
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Understanding various HR software systems
- Understanding of employment legislation
