**About the position (Bilingual Highly Preferred)**

As our new Human Resources Executive, you will be allocated key responsibilities accordingly to the role you have applied for.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for issuing and updating/maintaining employee contracts and records and other compliance aspects of recruitment and company policies;
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, such as coordination of meetings and activities etc;
- Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the business, employees and management;
- Utilising data/market insights to support and influence hiring decisions and broader talent acquisition discussions.
- Manage and coordinate employee performance reviews accordingly to the needs of departments.

**About You**

- Previous HR experience, utilising proactive attraction tools/methods (i.e., LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, talent pools) to proactively engage with industry talent;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related background;
- Excellent verbal and written skills in bilingual 'English&Chinese' (Highly Preferred).
- Professional attitude with great ability to maintain high confidentiality documents;
- A high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of work output;
- Strong organisation skills, time management, and ability to multi-task independently
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
- PR and/or Citizen
- Solid knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices;
- Corporate, fast-paced industry background (highly advantageous);
- Thrive working in an entrepreneurial, hands-on team environment, but also have the ability to think on your feet and work under your own initiative;
- Experience working within a high-volume recruitment portfolio;
- Ability to confidently build and maintain relationships at all levels;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 6-12 months

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
