We are currently looking for a skilled and self-driven Human Resources Advisor to join our dynamic team in a full-time, ongoing position in Perth, Western Australia.

The key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Support human resources functions across TECC's operations, assisting with processes that align with business goals and compliance obligations
• Assist in coordinating human resources and workplace relations functions, contributing to planning, organisation, and general HR support
• Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies and procedures to promote compliance and positive workplace culture
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes by assisting with candidate screening, documentation, and orientation logistics
• Provide administrative support in workforce planning, performance reviews, and learning and development initiatives
• Assist in managing employee relations by helping to document concerns and facilitate communication between staff and managers
• Assist in organising training sessions, maintaining compliance records, and tracking development activities
• Help update employment records and maintain templates for contracts, compensation data, and benefits documentation
• Assist with WHS documentation and help coordinate related internal communications and workplace safety reminders
• Assist with maintaining HR reports and tracking metrics to identify trends or compliance gaps
• Contribute to internal communications and engagement programs that support a positive workplace culture

The ideal candidate will have:

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in human resources management, preferably within trade, cleaning, or service-based industries
• A formal qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (minimum Bachelor degree or above)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and support operational managers
• Proven ability to manage HR processes under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to employee and organisational needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner
• A strong understanding of Fair Work legislation, awards, and compliance obligations
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety practices and knowledge of WHS legislation relevant to WA
• Experience implementing HR systems and managing employee records with confidentiality and care
• Ability to build a positive workplace culture and drive continuous improvement in HR practices

This is a full-time salaried position.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
