Sun Engineering is seeking an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position is based at our Carole Park Head Office.

The salary will reflect the exact nature of the position offered and will of course reflect the experience and capability the respective individual can bring to the company.

The position will commence immediately - we can’t wait for you to join our team

**The successful applicant will be able to perform most, if not all, of the following duties**:

- Provide timely day-to-day HR advice and support to hiring managers in recruitment and selection process and on-boarding / induction.
- Drive the recruitment and selection of applicants with position description development, drafting vacancy advertisements, and posting advertisements on the Turbo website
- Make verbal offers of employment, negotiating salary and commencement dates.
- Collate all recruitment paperwork, create new employee personnel files (electronic and hard copy) and input new employee details into Sun’s systems.
- Liaise with the Payroll, IT and Corporate Services teams to make on-boarding arrangements
- Ad hoc tasks and projects, as required.

**The successful applicant will have most, if not all, of the following skills and attributes**:

- Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources administration or recruitment role (minimum of 3 years)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with the Turbo recruitment software and advantage
- Experience processing end to end onboarding
- Problem solving and inquisitive mind
- Proven ability working in a highly productive environment with time pressures whilst managing multiple tasks.
- An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality
- Strong communication skills

**What we are offering**:

- Salary range on offer is between $60,000 to $100,000 + Super (dependent on applicant)
