We are now seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Shared Services team.

About the Role

You will lead the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, workforce compliance, and engagement — ensuring our people are supported, our systems run smoothly, and our workplace reflects the values of Connectivity, Humans First, and Empowerment.

Working closely with our Directors, Quality Manager, and Team Leaders, you'll help build a safe, skilled, and values-aligned workforce as EnableAbility expands its disability and aged care services.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end recruitment, induction, and workforce compliance.

· Manage HR records, contracts, and eLearning systems (MYP, Etrainu).

· Support managers with employee relations, policy advice, and performance management.

· Coordinate staff engagement initiatives and retention programs.

· Contribute to NDIS and Fair Work compliance audits.

About You

· HR qualification (Diploma or Bachelor level).

· Minimum 3 years' HR experience (NDIS or community sector preferred).

· Confident communicator with excellent people and organisational skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to balance compliance with care.
