**About the role**:
The position is responsible for:

- Overseeing the performance of the Australian WW business unit
- Developing new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets
- Managing and coaching the WW sales team
- Managing key end-user accounts and distributors and reporting market activities to the WW APAC manager
- Work internally with engineering, production, procurement & other teams to ensure effective management of customer orders & quotes

Success in this position requires some understanding of our products, services, and customer needs. It also requires the identification of opportunities for introducing additional products and services based on an accurate assessment of customer needs, while developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.

Ideal Core Competencies and Skill Sets:

- Some experience in environmental, O&G, irrigation, water treatment or other WW markets
- Proven track record in sales in a managerial position
- Passionate about sales and growth
- Good computer skills and some experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) platforms
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Have the right attitude and be a team player
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in Earth science will be highly regarded

Frequent travel within Australian states will be required.
