**Job Description**:
As the PM Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, resourcing and team leadership. This includes supervising all activities and resources associated with the depot operations in order to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability and business efficiency with a strong customer focus, in a safe and socially acceptable manner.

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, results orientated and tough minded and you will lead by example. Your attention to detail, passion and strong communication and management skills along with your understanding of OH&S principles and a geographical understanding of Metropolitan Perth will hold you in high regard.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure customer requirements are met each day by the fleet
- Prepare and maintain relevant KPI/DIFOT reports as required by customers and business management.
- Coordinate resources appropriately in order to meet operational demands.
- Discipline and performance-manage subordinates in line with Global Express policies where they fail to meet the agreed standards.
- Identify key operational weaknesses in conjunction with team and implement effective contingencies/solutions.
- Facilitate training and development of staff/contractors where weaknesses or development opportunities are identified.
- Devise strategies to ensure service standards are met and continuously improved.
- Communicate any major operational problems to the WA Taxi Truck/Warehouse Manager as soon as they are identified.
- To maintain strict adherence to Toll’s freight handling and security processes at all times.
- Ensure total compliance to OH&S and Road Safety requirements, both from a depot and a fleet perspective.
- Perform other related duties as required from time to time.

- Available to work Monday to Friday 12pm to 8pm
- Strong understanding of metropolitan Perth
- Demonstrated Transport experience and a solid understanding of relevant policies and legislation including but not limited to: Australian Dangerous Goods, General Transport, Industrial Relations, Driving hours, Load restraint, Mass Management, Workplace Health and Safety, Trucksafe
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies and service problems
