Central city location, in Potts Point, with private Kitchenette and Shower facilities
$30 per hour
What’s the role going to involve?
Answering and directing phone calls
Placing adverts for workers and screening them before deciding whether to book them in for a face to face interview
Answering the queries from our on site workers AND our clients
Ordering office supplies and general office management
Using Google Suite to prepare documents and reports
Monitor and maintain social media platforms
What do we need from you?
+ At least one year of RECENT experience as an Administration Assistant in Australia
+ Experience working within the Blue Collar Industry would be highly regarded.
+ Great communication skills, both verbal and written skills
+ Great organisational skills and attention to detail
++ An enthusiastic, can do attitude
