Health and Safety, Building Maintenance Role
**Your new company**
Client is public sector organisation based in Brisbane’s CBD. The department acts as essentially an in-house consultancy to provide health and safety advice and support to the rest of the organisation with a particularly strong focus on the areas of highest risk. Which in this case are the building maintenance teams, plus soft services and a few specialised lab facilities within the buildings.
The team is looking to engage the services of a suitable qualified Health and Safety Officer with relevant experience
**Your new role**
Role looks after a number of Facilities across SEQ, but the role is majority head office based. The person will be working to provide specialise workplace advice to variety of business areas to ensure that risk is managed well and the organisations approach is consistent with legislation, sound principles and practices.
The role is a recruitment gap position, so anticipate a safe pair of hands required for 2-3 months.

Client offering an interesting broad role in organisation that places high value on having a good work life balance. They are looking at A07 pay rates, so between $73-78ph plus super depending on experience for a 38 hour week Contract till October with options to extend.
