**Your new role**

As a Health and Safety Administrator at Hays, you are the backbone to the high performing Health and Safety team. Working closely with our Queensland Health & Safety Manager, you will provide effective support to ensure the health and safety of our workers across Hays in Queensland. This role is key to the timely identification and escalation of WHS risks for action to the Health and Safety team members and operational business.

Your days will always be varied, but you can expect to be:

- Reviewing risk assessments;
- Administering pre-employment medicals;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Health & Safety reporting;
- Ad hoc administrative support to the Health & Safety Manager and Return to Work Coordinator.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Ready to take your Administration skills to the next level, you will demonstrate strong attention to detail and an organised but flexible approach to your work. You will have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion towards Health & Safety / Return to Work

Past experience within health and safety, training or return to work and Solv Injury Management Systems would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided in these areas.
