**About Blue Tongue Adventure**

Blue Tongue Adventure is committed to empowering young adults with disabilities by offering unique and engaging programs. Our programs are designed and led by qualified experts in various fields to provide standardised and high-quality experiences across all our locations.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a passionate individual to lead a program for young adults living with disabilities. If you have experience leading music or dance sessions, or simply have a contagious love of rhythm and movement and an education background, we encourage you to apply In this role, you'll create a fun and inclusive environment where young adults can explore their musicality and express themselves through dance

**Key Responsibilities**
- Designing and leading specialised music and dance programs aimed at inspiring and empowering young adults living with disabilities.
- Overseeing the delivery of the music and dance programs to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and engagement.
- Completing all required reporting within the program to the NDIS.
- Foster a positive work ethic and promote teamwork among participants.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Formal Qualification in relevant field.
- Previous experience working with individuals living with disabilities, preferably in a program facilitation or support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with program participants.
- Creativity and innovation in program design, with a focus on engaging and empowering young people.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

**Schedule**:

- This position includes travel to our Toowoomba space, with a vehicle provided.
- Available in permanent part-time or full-time capacity.

**Salary**: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
