**About Blue Tongue Adventure**

At Blue Tongue Pathways, we believe in unlocking potential and fostering independence. We specialize in NDIS-funded School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), a transformative program designed to help school leavers discover their passions, skills, and future career paths. Our approach is rooted in person-centered principles, focusing on strengths and collaboration.

**This exciting role**

Our SLES Coordinator works with participants on an NDIS plan to identify their goals, interests and aspirations. To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to identify participants interests and liaise with appropriate industry stakeholders in facilitating an environment that fosters learning, growth and goal setting.

**Responsibilities**

Including but are not limited to:

- Assess training needs for new and existing participants
- Organise, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs for participants
- Develop training plans for individual participants
- Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods
- Track and report on training outcomes
- Maintain participant training records
- Coordinate off-site training activities for participants
- Support, develop and monitor attributes of support workers to enable successful supported outcomes for the participants

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the below, or have a willingness to obtain:

- Degree qualified, preferred; or Certificate III in Disability with considerable experience
- Proven experience in Disability Service Leadership (3 - 5 years desirable)
- Current Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and NDIS Workers Screening
- Awareness of NDIS polices and procedures
