**About the Role**:
We are seeking bubbly, reliable, and creative team players to join our dynamic team as Disability Support Workers. In this role, you will provide compassionate, personalized support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily living activities and household tasks.
- Personal Cares required
- Encourage and support community engagement and social participation.
- Foster skill development and independence.
- Build positive relationships with participants and other support staff.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of participants at all times.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week

Supplementary Pay:

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
