**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker with a special focus on relationships to design and lead a program for young adults living with disabilities. In this position, you'll play a vital role in supporting our young adults by providing individual and group social work services. You'll help them navigate life's challenges, develop social skills, and build confidence as they transition towards greater independence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Designing and leading specialised social worker programs aimed at inspiring and empowering young adults living with disabilities.
- Overseeing the delivery of the social worker programs to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and engagement.
- Completing all required reporting within the program to the NDIS.
- Foster a positive work ethic and promote teamwork among participants.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Formal Qualification in relevant field.
- Previous experience working with individuals living with disabilities, preferably in a program facilitation or support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with program participants.
- Creativity and innovation in program design, with a focus on engaging and empowering young people.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

**Schedule**:

- This position includes travel to our Toowoomba space, with a vehicle provided.
- Available in permanent part-time or full-time capacity.
