- **About the Role**:_
- Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
- Permanent position up to 38 hours a week, Mon - Fri
- Ensure that our children are educated and cared for to the highest standard.
- Ensure every child is able to engage with educators in meaningful, open interactions that support the acquisition of skills for life and learning.
- Interact with each child in a warm and responsive way and build trusting relationships.
- Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the centre.
- Provide ongoing input for all documentation associated with Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) requirements.
- Ensure delivery and maintenance of routines and programs specific to the room including small groups.
- Document the children’s learning.
- Create and set up interesting learning environments for the children.
- Work as a team and ensure that you support and respect other team members about developmental outcomes.
- **You will possess**:_
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards)or an ACECQA approved equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check
- Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- Great personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
- A desire to contribute to an awesome team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
