Fashion Content Coordinator

Our portfolio includes beloved brands like **Le Sansa**and **CC Resorts**, alongside our partnered outlet stores. As we continue to expand our online presence, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Fashion Content Coordinator** to bring our footwear collections to life across digital platforms and beyond.

**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes content creation and fashion trends. As a **Fashion Content Coordinator**, you’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to style and produce visually captivating content that resonates with our audience. You’ll be hands-on in the planning and execution of photoshoots and help create scroll-stopping content for our social media and digital platforms. We are looking for someone to come in 3-4 days a week (flexible around your schedule / University comittments).

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**
- Develop creative and engaging content for **Facebook, Instagram (Meta)**, and other digital platforms using Canva or Adobe tools (preferred, but not essential). As well as help creating other marketing material such as newsletters and blogs.
- Monitor and incorporate the latest fashion, social media, and digital trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the team to produce graphics, videos, and social media posts aligned with brand guidelines.

**Styling and Photoshoot Coordination**:

- Assist in conceptualizing and organizing fashion-forward photoshoots, creating detailed moodboards to align on themes, outfits, and locations.
- Coordinate with models and photographers to ensure shoots capture the brand's essence and meet campaign goals.
- Support on-set during photoshoots to ensure smooth execution and content alignment.

**In-Office Product Photography**:

- Participate in in-office and warehouse photoshoots to capture quick, high-quality product shots showcasing footwear.
- Ensure product images align with brand aesthetics for use across product listings, social media, and promotional material.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation and a keen eye for **fashion and styling**.
- Proficiency in **Canva** or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly on Facebook and Instagram **(META)**.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to take ownership of projects and contribute ideas.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio or examples of past content creation work are preferred for us to review but not required.
