As the Demand Manager, you will contribute to Strategic (3 years +) and Tactical (18 months) Business Planning via Monthly Business Planning and the Dynamic Planning Framework.
**Responsibilities**
- Define/Refine and Implement the vision and strategic roadmap for the end-to-end Demand Planning function.
- Manage and maintain a skilled, motivated Demand Planning & Forecasting team to continuously improve the quality of the Demand Plans & statistical models and the efficiency with which they are produced.
- Manage the relationship and the effective flow of information between the Demand Planning & Forecasting function and internal business partners such as Sales, Marketing, CDT, consumer insights, Finance, Customer Solutions, and Customer Facing Supply Chain, Market IT.
- Manage the relationship and effective flow of information between the Demand Planning function and external business partners such as Customers through forecast collaboration processes.
- Implement and embed Oceania's digital planning landscape, including readiness (people and capability, process and ways of working, master data) and system solutions (statistical forecasting, demand planning, integration with commercial planning tools).
- Effectively contribute to the Nestlé Competitive Planning solution by active and constructive participation in the Market Business Strategy (MBS), Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), Monthly Business Planning (MBP), Dynamic Forecast (DF) and Annual Volume Commitment (AVC) processes - using the Single Source of Forecast (SSoF) principles.
**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated relevant operational experience at market / business level, in at least one of the following areas:
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Project Management in DSP
- Leadership role in one of the functions across Generating Demand or other Ensuring Supply areas:
- Sales / Marketing
- Customer Solutions & Customer Facing Supply Chain
- Supply Chain Development
- Project Management, Demand Planning and statistical forecasting techniques experience
- Continuous Improvement and Innovative Mindset
- Ability to lead people and inspire team for development opportunities
- Effortless working with business partners
- Commercial acumen
- Good communication skills at all levels
