The Rhodes team are looking for a Supply & Production planner to join the team. You will create long term production plans for factories (MPS planning), ensuring 18+ months visibility to the business of capacity, labour, and material requirements. You will manage the Supply Network of the assigned area of the business by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also considers cost optimisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide visibility on future supply issues or constraints and support decision making by providing simulated alternative supply scenarios that balance available capacity and demand.
- Lead the Monthly Production Review meeting to discuss and align on the 12-to-18-month supply, production, and capacity outlook.
- Regular review of production cycles, lot sizes, plant capacity and utilization and future constraints (e.g., plant shutdowns) in consultation with production
- React to changes in both supply and demand and realign the plan to minimize supply risks while protecting plant performance
- Provide strong contribution to New Product Development Process addressing capacity feasibility, production prioritisation and trial time management
- Analyse and effectively communicate relevant information to Demand, Customer teams and Senior management as required, highlighting all supply issues and detailing impacts of proposed actions and related trade-offs.
- Lead the Annual Volume Commitment process for the factory team by acting as the conduit between the business and the factory on volumes for labour and budget planning purposes.
- Consistently achieve sustainable Customer Order Fulfilment levels for domestic and Inter-Market Supply (IMS) customers within the Working Capital and Freshness objectives by ensuring that the weekly planning process is executed on time
- Lead Inventory Management by balancing the need for product availability versus the need to minimise costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location at the right time. Regularly establish and review stock policies for Finished Goods.
- Challenge existing Logistics and Supply Planning processes and tools by implementing improvements to deliver tangible benefits.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated operational experience in at least one of the following areas: Factories - Production Planning, Foreign trade - Inter Market Supply, Factory Logistics or other Demand and Supply Planning positions
- Demonstrated leadership experience in the above-mentioned areas
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in using SAP planning modules is desirable
- Exposure in Customer Solutions / Physical Logistics and LEAN/Continuous Improvement concepts is desirable
