We are looking for an experienced demand Planner to join the Rhodes team. Your key responsibility is to manage the Demand Plan of the assigned area of the business by improving the quality and reliability of the Consensus Demand Plan. You are the Demand & Supply Planning representative embedded in the Business Unit(s). You will effectively contribute to the Nestlé Competitive Planning solution by active and constructive participation within your Business Unit(s).

**Responsibilities**:

- You will consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) & Bias improvement
- Capture, prioritize, analyse and input Generating Demand events; customer, consumer & competitor information; other external / internal trends and influences, which impact demand plan.
- Participate in internal and external collaboration on forecasts.
- Lead Forecast Forum, Scenario Planning and Post Launch Hypercare sessions with cross functional team to capture Risks, Opportunities and Contingency plans for NPD.
- Provide transparency and visibility to the business with regards to bad goods or OOS risks
- Review and adjust SAS Forecast models as necessary to ensure more accurate forecast projections in line with recent trend, seasonality’s and pricing strategies
- In accordance with the Consensus Demand Planning process, communicate relevant information to Senior Management by
- Effectively use all Demand Planning system functionality to enable an exception-based management approach
- To help ensure commitment from all functions, build and maintain good communication and collaboration both within Supply Chain and with Generating Demand, Manufacturing and Finance
- Influence Generating Demand by providing input on a regular basis regarding product launches, portfolio optimization, rationale of commercial decisions, promotions and customer behaviour

**Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience of relevant operational experience at market business levels
- Finance: Business Planning / Dynamic Forecasting
- Supply Chain Development
- If not held a commercial role before joining Demand Planning, a mission to a sales related function is strongly recommended.
- Desirable to have had worked in a LEAN organisation, who has adapted LEAN concepts and tools as part of their way of working.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You will have a strive for Continuous Improvement, driven by what Consumers/Customers value
- Strong commercial acumen and strong attention to detail
